Pick-Up and Delivery Policies

Pick-Up Is Easy at Our Warehouse!

The crew at our on-site warehouse will load your furniture onto your vehicle, assist you with any blankets or packing materials, which you bring, and help you secure it.

Prompt and Reasonably Priced Delivery

Local deliveries of in-stock furniture and accessories can often be made on the day of your purchase. With immediate delivery, your buying experience has never been easier. Our goal is a quick and easy delivery experience. Your design consultant will confirm the items to be delivered, schedule a convenient delivery time, and confirm directions and contact information. When we receive special order items in our warehouse, we will immediately call to confirm that the order is complete and accurate, and we will schedule the delivery at your earliest convenience.

Delivery, Installation, and Disposal

Our delivery team will remove all packing materials and set your new furniture wherever you wish. Our delivery service includes installation, such as attaching mirrors to dressers, setting up beds, and attaching hutches to china cabinets and entertainment centers. Our delivery team cannot hang pictures or mirrors on walls, mount wall consoles, or connect electrical equipment (i.e. televisions, computers, audio equipment). In most cases, our delivery team will even move the furniture you are replacing to another room or take it with them. When possible, we donate such items to local charities, such as Habitat for Humanity. At the time of delivery, please consider the delivery path, and remove any delicate or fragile items that may be in the way. If the weather is wet or inclement on your delivery day, you may wish to protect your carpet or floors from water and dirt. Please be sure to carefully inspect all items. If you have concerns, please be certain to note these on your delivery ticket. Our delivery team will relay this information to your design consultant, who will contact you within 24 hours.
